A leadership coach and facilitator, he led the team that grew Toastmasters’ 12-country network from 256 to 275 local branches in 2022–2023. Redefining Leadership in Africa runs through Andrew Tsuro’s work: probing questions for leaders, purposeful conversations for teams and communication that moves people to act.
His coaching and facilitation experience spans a decade, including work for Mercedes-Benz South Africa, Coca-Cola, Steinmüller Africa, Anglo American, Unilever and financial institutions.
Through Andrew Tsuro & Associates, he coaches executives, leaders and TEDx speakers. Storytelling shapes his speaking; disciplined timing, gravitas and responsive room management define his corporate MC work.
In 2022–2023, under Andrew’s leadership, his team grew Toastmasters’ network across 12 countries from 256 to 275 local branches, ending the year with the organisation’s largest club network worldwide and fifth place globally.
His standard is clear: leadership should produce results that exceed expectations.
