Leadership development

Help leaderscarry the workforward.

Leadership development should connect with what people are expected to do at work. I work with organisations to strengthen the thinking, conversations and everyday habits that help leaders take responsibility and follow through.

The starting point is your context: who the leaders are, what the organisation needs from them and where the work is getting stuck.

We clarify the challenge and agree what useful progress would look like. Sessions use practical examples, discussion and application to the situations participants face. We agree a small number of actions and how progress will be reviewed with the programme sponsor.

Who it is for
Managers and team leaders accountable for results, and new managers or graduates stepping into responsibility.
How it is delivered
Facilitated in person, or online where that suits your team.
Scope
From a single focused session to a programme of several days for a group, agreed during scoping.
What participants leave with
A small number of agreed actions to apply at work.
What we need from you
A sponsor who knows the business priorities, an honest picture of what is getting in the way, and line managers who will support the actions.
Afterwards
Where it is part of the agreed scope, a sponsor check-in around day 30 reviews what has been applied. Coaching can be added for selected leaders.
