Executive coaching

Think clearlyabout theresponsibilityin front of you.

A bigger role, a difficult decision or a conversation that matters can call for space to think. Coaching gives us a focused way to work through the situation, examine your choices and agree what you will do next.

Why leaders come

Three reasonsto talk.

  • Leadership responsibility

Work through the expectations, decisions and relationships that come with your role.

  • Communication under pressure

Prepare for difficult conversations and communicate what matters with greater clarity.

  • A presentation that matters

Shape the message, strengthen delivery and prepare for the audience you need to reach. I have coached TEDx speakers in South Africa, Zambia and Paris.

How coaching works

Your situation,your decision.

  1. The first conversation

Bring the decision, responsibility or communication challenge you are working through. The first conversation helps us understand what you need and whether coaching is the right fit.

  2. Agree the focus

We then agree the focus and the working arrangement.

  3. Work on real situations

We examine your choices, practise what matters and review progress against the goal you set.

  4. If your organisation sponsors coaching

We agree at the outset what progress information may be shared with the sponsor and what remains within the coaching relationship.

The situation
Professionals in Training (PITs) needed to present their technical and business projects to senior leadership at the symposium. The challenge was to turn complex technical work into compelling stories that made its significance and business value clear.
The work
Presentation masterclasses and individual coaching helped participants shape their stories, explain complex ideas clearly and present with confidence. Andrew also hosted the symposium as corporate MC, connecting the presentations and guiding the day’s conversations.
The quality of the presentations on the day reflected the impact of his coaching, and the event ran smoothly under his facilitation.
