In addition to Corporate Training, Andrew is a keyplayer in curbing unemployment by cementing reliable relationships through the The eHub, an entrepreneur’s hub that helps professionals transition from corporate to entrepreneurship with mentorship in order to alleviate the plight of the African.

Andrew is a firm believer in, “Excuses or Results.” He believes in Napoleon Hill’s statement that “whatever the mind conceives and believes, the mind can achieve.” There is no excuse to achieving any goal. This is evident by his numerous achievements; from being the Southern Africa Hall of Fame Bright Spark Award winner (for innovation) in 2016, to the Golden Goose Award for Team Leadership in 2019 amongs other cherished awards.

Andrew was recognized twice, with the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award for excellence in Communication and Leadership – the highest accolade bestowed by Toastmasters International. Leading up to this, he had been actively involved in creating platforms for leadership development in corporates such as Naspers/Multichoice, FSCA, Standard Bank. In the organization, he is exceeding expectations in redefining leadership in his role as Chief Executive of Toastmasters Southern Africa (Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe)
