These Terms of Use apply when you visit and use the Andrew Tsuro website or buy a digital product through it. By continuing to use the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. About this website and the seller
This website presents leadership development, executive facilitation, communication coaching, keynote speaking, masterclasses and related professional services. It also offers selected digital self-reflection tools.
The website and its paid digital products are operated by Andrew Tsuro & Associates (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2026/510031/07. Director: Andrew Tsuro. Business and legal service address: 1224 Embankment Street, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. The company is not registered for VAT.
2. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a form, sending an email, messaging on WhatsApp or scheduling a discovery call does not create a binding engagement. A booking is confirmed only when the parties have agreed the scope, fees, dates, responsibilities, cancellation terms and other material conditions in a written proposal, engagement letter or contract.
Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Travel, accommodation, taxes, venue, technology and production requirements may be quoted separately.
3. Professional information and outcomes
Website content is educational and informational. It is not legal, medical, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice. Leadership, coaching and training outcomes depend on participant engagement, organisational support and implementation. Testimonials, case studies and past results illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results.
4. The Future Readiness Decision Lab
The Future Readiness Decision Lab is an original educational development tool for adults. It combines eight confidence forecasts with decisions across 24 leadership situations. It is not a DISC assessment, psychometric test, clinical or psychological assessment, diagnosis, certification, or measure of employment suitability. It must not be used as the sole or primary basis for recruitment, selection, promotion, discipline, performance management or any other high-impact decision about a person.
The Decision Lab provides a snapshot based on the choices supplied at the time. Scenario scoring represents the judgement framework used in this exercise and is not a universal answer key. Its scores and suggestions are intended to support reflection and a constructive development conversation. They do not guarantee performance, readiness, promotion, business results or any other outcome.
5. Price, payment and taxes
The price is USD $20 per assessment unless a different price is clearly displayed before checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal through WooCommerce. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. The final order total is shown before you authorise payment.
Because Andrew Tsuro & Associates (Pty) Ltd is not VAT registered, South African VAT is not added or represented as charged. Any tax, duty or fee that your own jurisdiction or payment provider requires remains your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise.
6. Digital delivery and access
After successful payment, the private assessment link is made available through the order confirmation page and order email. Delivery is normally prompt but may be delayed by payment review, email delivery or a temporary technical interruption. If the link does not arrive or does not work, contact refunds@andrewtsuro.com with the order number.
Each purchase provides personal, non-transferable access for one person and one completed report. The private assessment and report link remains available for up to 30 days. You should save or print your report before access expires. Do not publish or share the private link.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a qualifying digital-service order within seven days after the order is concluded by emailing refunds@andrewtsuro.com. Include your name, order number and the email address used for the order. We will process a valid refund as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days after receiving the cancellation notice.
Please also contact the same address about duplicate charges or a technical failure that prevents access. A refunded, cancelled or failed order may have its assessment and report access revoked. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies to you.
8. Order records and support
WooCommerce creates an electronic order record and sends an order confirmation or receipt to the email address supplied at checkout. Please retain that message for your records. If you cannot retrieve it, contact us with enough information to locate the transaction.
PayPal handles the payment process. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords or security codes through a website form or email.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, programme descriptions, assessment questions, scoring approach, reports, frameworks, photographs, videos, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Andrew Tsuro & Associates (Pty) Ltd. Client names, logos and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view, download or print a reasonable portion for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, adapt, scrape, distribute, train an automated system on, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit substantial website or assessment content without prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; submit unlawful, misleading or abusive material; impersonate another person; harvest information; share a private assessment link; or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.
11. Third-party services and availability
The website may link to or use services operated by PayPal, WooCommerce, Hostinger, Calendly, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and other providers. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. We aim to keep information accurate, secure and available, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or external-service failures may occur.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andrew Tsuro & Associates (Pty) Ltd and supporting contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website or an educational assessment report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any liability arising from a separate paid speaking, coaching, facilitation or training engagement is governed by the signed proposal, engagement letter or contract for that service.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Assessment responses are processed only as described there. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or highly sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
14. Governing law and changes
Website purchases and these terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your location. Commercial terms for a separate professional engagement will be stated in its written agreement.
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, products or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the latest material revision. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order, together with any mandatory legal rights.
